My name is Alisa Chotibhongs. I was born and raised in Supanburi, Thailand, where I fell in love with cooking traditional Thai food. Our family has reputation in local communities for our cooking skills. Whenever the communities has a festivity at the temple, we always get invitation to help them out with all the cooking.
I moved to United States to continue my master degree in Fashion Merchandising at Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and found a new home. I also found out that majority of Thai food here is great but the selection are from the past. I am hoping here is the place where I can share my knowledge about Thai food and culture. Get everyone up-to-date with what Thai people are actually prefer eating in Thailand.
